Victim Witness has an opening for a full-time, non-exempt position in the Special Victims' Unit. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in Victim Assistance or four (4) years of experience in crime victim services, particularly with experience in a specialized unit. Must have experience in working with victims of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse. Must be compassionate in regards to family dynamics while experiencing trauma. Must have proven ability to work compassionately and professionally with diverse populations. Must be able to clearly demonstrate knowledge of the Victim Rights Act (VRA) and how it is applied in a District Attorney’s Office. Knowledge of both system-based and community based resources. Proven ability to develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external agencies. Job Title: Technology Service Desk Support Specialist
The Office of the District Attorney is looking for a Technology Service Desk Support Specialist. This position performs a variety of technical computer support duties to assist the IT Department in implementing and maintaining technology services and support. Considerable knowledge of Windows Workstations operating in a Windows Active Directory Environment, and hardware to include printers, scanners, external peripherals, laptops; 2 in1 devices; technical ability to troubleshoot and repair all previously mentioned area of technology. Requires Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in a windows active directory environment to include end-user service and support, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
